ST1000LM024 is spinning but not reading nor detecting!

Hello everyone! Can you guys guess what's going on with this drive! Cause it's very important to me! It's spinning but it's not detecting on windows nor it doesn't made any detection noise just spins that's all! Any help would be highly appreciated

The PuTTY terminal is blank. If I type something it's garbage no text only ascii's any help

For testing purposes, connect Tx to Rx on your adaptor and then type something. You should see a local echo.

Measure the voltages at the HDD's Tx and Rx pins. Set the I/O voltage of your adaptor to the same I/O voltage as the HDD. (eg 1.8V to 1.8V, 2.5V to 2.5V)

Then connect Rx to Tx, and Tx to Rx, between your adaptor and HDD. Select the appropriate baud rate, parity, start/stop bits, data bits in PuTTY.

But that's what I'm getting and when I try it again it doesn't show anything just a green cursor on PuTTY and nothing. What might be the issue??
