ST4000DM004 Not spinning but making mmm mmm noise

This drive is making mmm mmmm noise that's all but not spinning!

Most likely - blocked head on the disc surfaces.
Less likely - engine bearing damage.
Least likely - damage to the motor winding.

And once again the status of the work register and the log from the terminal after startup.

Do you have a laminar chamber?
If not, there's nothing for us here.

1% motor bearing

need to open the drive in clean room and see the location of the head first

What happened between before and "now"?

Heads are gone. Possibly media damage too.

Before it was stuck only making mmm mmm noise now when I tilt upside down the hdd spun that's all. Not intentionally but for connecting it to my lappy!
