Help to identify burnt IC on HP Motherboard L75365-001

August 8th, 2024, 3:11

Hello,

I know it's not directly related to HDD but if somone can help me identify this burnt IC on my motherboard. I've posted on other forum but no answer.

I've search here http://markingcodes.com/search/c/ld but the marking is odd, I can't find anything. I beleive it's a Mosfet QFN 20. ID burned after a stor/ligntening. Now PC start for one seconds and stop.

Thanks
Sam

https://www.ti.com/packaging/en/docs/partlookup.tsp?partmarking=127

Probably "1275C", in which case a TPS51275C.

Why were you searching for "LD"????

I would check the MOSFETs as well.
