wd repair

hi
i have dropped WD20NMVW-11EDZS7, start always in BSY only,
with short TV9-TV10 i'm unable to load overlay woth WDMarvel ( return to bsy)
apply "restart FW and blocking FW" i'm able to apply overlay from donor, recognized with 0gb

but i can read all modules without any error ( also not need to read 01 from file )
i'm not sure how to proceed now, past time i only need to apply "manage defect/deal with slow responding" and drive cap show up and able to read, this time slow fix seem apply correct but at reboot drive always stay in BSY

Check Module 32 (DIR) for trouble, Clear SMART and Reallocate Lists and Verify that the ROM is consistent with the modules on the platter.

32 see attached png, then cleared smart ad RELO, check module in rom and is consinstent. now if i start with short and load overlay drive is recon as 2TB
