I have some problem with Hitachi Desktar IC35L060AVV207-0 I tried to use pc3000 IBM Menu but no found this model in menus, so i try to use
IC35L060AVVA07 , the hard disk its making knocking sounds, so i use pc3000 v14 but in leds from PC3000 registers showing AMNF , iam checking in the ace lab documentation says when the hard disk its making knocking sounds, its possible to unplug the splindle motor cable and betwen the PCB and HDA and wait until the drive reports readiness, but this procedure its inaplcable for 120gxp drives , says in this case its need make a shortcut in NVRAM in pin 5 and 6 but i dont know wich family its this model IC35L060AVV207-0 . I need recover data only

Thanks for all help

AMNF means bad media. The possibility of recovering data of such drives is close to 0, unfortunately.

AVV2 are not supported by PC3K. I had the same need, but had to refuse the drive...
