WD Elements 25A2 1TB, 100% usage, slow or dead?

So anyone has any idea what I should go with/try? seen a few entries on applying the slow fix which helped some

It has big trouble writing anything, reads are anywhere from 100KB/s to like 10MB/s, huge interval inbetween read bursts trying to get back data

Also one partition won't get recognized at all about 300GB~

The drive worked "fine" few days before

It's very difficult to get smart of the drive as well since its pinged at 100% from I assume trying to read something

Try to make a clone with ddrescue to another (good) drive.
