ST4000VX005 no host fis

Hello dear freands, have a good time;
I deal with seagate hdd model ST4000VX005 that gives no host fis ready error and stand in busy possition, i tried to read sysfiles 1B, 35, 28, 93 via terminal, and could read sys file 35, 93, 1B, but sysfile 28 dont extract,
Ofcourse file sys 28 also read but all sectores are 0&F
How can solve this problem?

Read 20D and use no host fis fix from the menu. Then if drive gets DRD try to read 28 or recover it.

The 20D file system is not read, both through HyperTerminal and through the device's terminal; Do you have any other comments, friends?
