Toshiba mq01ubd100 Detected but can't open drives. Please h

Hi, I have toshiba mq01ubd100 Hard Disk. When I connect it to my laptop hard disk light ( sometimes blue sometimes white ) blinking and i can hear sound its spining. But In computer it shows like this ( https://ibb.co/Xs6Kd0y ). No storage bars. When i click on them laptop get stuck or loading untill i eject hard disk. When i open disk management nothing load. after disconnect hard diskmanagement load with my internal hard details. How can i fix this issue. I am using SS 3.0 Cable.

If data is not important you can can try formatting it again but it does sound like it needs to be replaced.
