Hello guys
does somebody know the voltage of this two fuses?
i tried to find on aliexpress but all seller tell me the ampere but they dont know the voltage ..
i believe is 1206 size.. left is 5v right is 12v... how come is same sizes but different voltage?
for now i managed to find same sizes fuses with letter O in the center... is this safe to use or should i replace them?
sorry for bothering....im a beginner

The sellers are right to ask about the current.
If you have the letter S there, the fuses are 4 amps.
The breakdown voltage depends on the size, nominal value and material.

Sir thank you however mine are different type of FUSE
still not clear why the fuses on my PCB has same szes but measure 5v and 12v... i need to figure out what are this fuses

Current and voltage are not the same thing. A 5V supply can deliver 4A, as can a 12V supply.

iv changed the fuses and all component from donor pcb but the 12v line still doesnt work.
i suspect he controller is dead..... mean i lost the data right? is there a way to find out the controller condition? this is what i get in pc-3000 portable

You checked the diodes after the fuses for short circuits, right?..

Well, all hope is on Frank...
If your qualifications allow, you can measure the voltages after the converters on the board yourself.
Judging by the lack of current at 12V, the spinner chip burned out. But not 100%.
If yes, there is a high probability of damage to the preamplifier.

and now the broken PCB it beeps alot. iv replace the BEEPING filter with healthy filter but same ... could it be dead controller? or dead SMOOTH spindle controller? or both?? please help im still a beginer
