Seagate ST3500418AS Problem

There is this drive which goes ready but without capacity and user area access, I can read sys 1b 29 93, and sys 28 only copy 1, and every time try m0,2,2,,,,,22 there is a hard reset on drive. also when try to write sys 28 copy 1 to copy 0 hard reset, and also i cant read mod 2B which I believe same as sys 28 ?
And nothing special on terminal

All amatuer posts sound the same: I don't understand how seagate firmware works so I try a random command such as regenerate translator and it doesn't work!!!

Is 28 the only problem? What tool do you have?
