Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

I have just purchased 2 x Ironwolf drives from Amazon direct and am running a surface scan with Victoria HD 5.37. One has finished and I have started the second, takes about 7 hours odd. I have shown the SMART pictures to Grok3 which has said the high Raw read rate maybe a cause for concern on new drives and I should contact Seagate for clarification. Before I do this and look silly I would like to flail myself to this forum for opinions on these 2 new drives and the read rate.
See attached pics.

Thanks fzabkar for the information but I spoke to Seagate chat while waiting for a reply and they said to replace them so out of an abundance of caution I will replace.

The only thing that would concern me is the Command Timeout attribute, but it only reports one "slow" sector. The actual number of seek errors is 0, and those read "errors" are actually just sector counts. I've provided you with Seagate's own specification documents. They explain the numbers better than I can.
