Repair the original pcb and try with that.

I mean this chip that marked with red circle around it? I was told by MRT technician that this chip holds the encryption key, Is it the wrong chip?

That's the USB-SATA bridge. It does not have an encryption key.

it's because Chargers encrypt data via MCU.
You changed PCB, so MCU is different, so data is encrypted.
You need to use original PCB (convert to SATA or use solderless PCBs or....)
