wd50ndzw the disk stops spinnin

Hello

I have a wd50ndzw-11bcss0 disk with PCB 810035, it has fallen.

I have converted the PCB to SATA, changed the heads, and the disk starts spinning but stops immediately.

I have blocked the SA and module 411 tried to load module 11, but it doesn’t finish loading the motor spinning but stops immediately.

Do you have any ideas?

We're the donor heads matching and compatible. Did you check for any media damage?
