WDC WD10JMVW-11S5XS1 FAIL READ DATA HEAD 2

I have a WDC WD10JMVW-11S5XS1 that passes the SA head tests perfectly, but can't read a single piece of data from head 02. The drive boots quickly and reads the other heads at 100%.

Any ideas?

It seems Head Num 2 is dead. need head replacement.
