10 hour used - newly recertified Seagate Ironwolf ST10000VN000 dead - no spin, no BIOS ID - suspecting some diodes, fuses or similar

So I got this recertified turd that died on my out of nowhere.
Seagate Ironwolf ST10000VN000 dead - no spin, no BIOS ID.
I used it for around 10 hours for some temporary image clones, around 8-10TB written on it.

After 3 months of no use, I turn on the PC, I see that at boot up it stays for a while to recognize the drives(I don't remember if I heard it spinning up or not), I get to see the HDD with unknown state in HD Sentinel in Windows, I reboot and then I don't see it anymore.

I need some advice on where to start. I have a multimeter and I can buy more tools if needed.
The tiniest SMD components are pretty scary, I can barely see them.
I'm suspecting some diodes, fuses or similar.

Put your ear against the drive. Do you hear any faint sounds, eg ticking, buzzing, beeping?

Measure the voltages in the attachments. Use any screw hole as your ground reference. I can't make out the part markings on the e-fuses, otherwise I would have provided more precise test points.

Pay particular attention to Vneg. It may briefly rise to -5V or -3V immediately after power-on, and then drop to 0V within a second or two.

Yesterday I connected the HDD to 2 different PC's, nothing the same, different generations, different PSU's, took out the HDD PCB, cleaned the contact points on the PCB, and nothing, no sound, no spin, no BIOS detection.

Today, after I saw your post, I took the HDD, connected it and to the PC, and to my surprise it made this sound: https://jumpshare.com/s/GhQHw3V9wowiJ1wSHyci
Seems like it wanted to spin up but failed somehow, for over a minute, until I gave up and turned off the PC.
Very odd.

So I turn off the PC, I change the power cable from the PSU to the HDD to a native SATA one(it was a molex to SATA initially). PSU is an Antec 550W.
And after power on, the HDD was working normally. I rebooted the PC, like 5 times, it worked fine.

I did multiple quick tests with SeaTools and it said "failed" for some and "passed" for others, without any explanation.
But this latest version of SeaTools looks very sketchy, seems like it was written by a scholar, with UI layout bugs and no explanations.

HD Sentinel showed nothing to worry, everything 100% healthy, not a single SMART sign to indicate issue, at least to my knowledge.

I dont know what to do about this HDD.
Any ideas on how to decide if I can trust it or not?
The near future idea was to use it in a RAID array, but now I'm afraid.
