My Seagate ST2000DM008 makes clicks sound

Hi, fellows.

My HDD is Seagate ST2000DM008. It makes clicks sound like this attached file. And while I run videos or heavy files, the hdd makes sound like this and system hangs for 5-10 seconds then its come back to normal. Can I repair it with any software?. Please guide me.

No, sorry.
This is bad heads and (very) possibly media damage.
No software can fix it, if data is important you need to contact a professional.

Get a different disk and copy files to it and retire the old hard disk ASAP
