ST500UM001-1EK162 No spin

ST500UM001-1EK162 i not spinning with native pcb and rom . If put donor with wrong ROM it will spin( obviously no data coz of wrong rom). So the native rom is corrupted. Can someone repair the attached rom please.

I don't see any errors in the ROM. Check the terminal log. Most likely, there are errors in the NAND.
