Can anyone check if ROM is Geniune of HDD 500GB WD5000LMVW

Hi everyone. I have this HDD came in with kinda shady summary from both the customer and the repair shop before me

From beginning the customer said that the drive works slowly and stuck when opening folders
Upon recieving the drive. The Drive has already been opened from inside and outside by other repair shop. PCB already have SATA PCB conversion soldering

I confronted the customer and she did said she brought to other repair shops. But after the repair price quote is high she took it back from them
The drive ended up with me

I checked the PCB first. 2060-771692-002 REV A
Soldered SATA conversion and boot it up in PC3000. The PC3000 lights light up like a christmas tree. taking 0.15A on 5V current. The right side Controller getting hot

1st i thought it was the PCB issue. So i ROM swapped the PCB to the SATA one 2060-771959-000 REV A
But the problem persists. So now i know it is definitelly ROM problem
My thoughts. That the repair shop before me did something to the ROM so it wouldn't be able to boot up anymore

Can anyone check the ROM for me if the other repair shop did something to it?
Many thanks!
