Seagate 7200. 12 Barracuda

Hello, i have an old Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 that i'm trying to recover with HDDSuperclone but after few minutes it starts to clicking and shut off.
the drive is from an old Mac pc and i have unmount it because it became unseen by the Bios during startup.
i don't think that is a pcb problem, since it spins up and with the software that i'm using for diagnosis (Diagnostic for Seagate) gives me informations about it.
i was using DiskDrill for image cloning but a friend of mine suggest me to switch to Superclone because Disk drill cannot skip bad sectors and tend to destroy drive heads.
i'm using Diagnostic for seagate to read some informations from terminal with an usb > com adapter.
the drive have got this informations:
ST31000528AS (i can see just a difference in the fact that terminal gives me ST31000523AS but sticker on drive report 528AS in the end) Firmware AP24

is not recognized by bios
sometimes it clicks, sometimes not so i don't think that there is something related to heads even if the software report

Most likely, it is worth moving towards assessing the value of the information on the hard drive and sending it to a data recovery lab. Further attempts to repair it yourself could damage the magnetic surfaces, resulting in the data turning to dust, and these drives are prone to this problem.

You may not trust the program's readings, but this behavior is a clear signal of problems with the heads. You can try cleaning the contacts on the board that go to the heads, but I guarantee that the problem is not in dirty contacts, but in damaged heads, and possibly in damaged media.

By connecting only the power cable to the drive and not connecting the signal cable, will it click and stop the motor, or will it initialize smoothly? If the disk starts clicking its heads and stops the motor at least one startup attempt, one or more heads are already damaged.

You can enter /1N5 in the terminal to check the SMART status. A large number of reallocated and pending sectors indicates damage to the surface, which has led to head damage.
