PCB BF41-00095A what is this Burned Component?

I have this PCB that have this component burned out. What is this component and what are the measurements of that component. Can anyone help me out!

Since you don't know what component it is, how did you come to the conclusion that it is burnt?

It's a ferrite bead. It is used for noise suppression. It looks like the 5V TVS diode didn't do its job, or perhaps something on the 5V rail has developed a short. Measure the resistance between ground and each end of the component.
