so you can upload any and read USAG/RESF to see what version do you actually need

No I can't. ANother data recovery company has made big mess of things.
I got original NVR from factory copy on SA but some modules are wrong versions so original NVR don't work. If i use version from USAG this doesn't work either..... They have killed this krolik
So I need this MLC to compare what is correct and what is not

I have a lot of these files, no drive with this MLC.
Too lazy to search, but is MLC stored in mods ?
If so, I can search through the rar files for u.
I checked, not so lazy - seems like MLC is not recorded.
