Seagate 1TB Pharaoh Oasis Family - Drive does not spin

Hi All
Drive was not spinning initially and no power as well, so swapped rom to donor pcb but still drive doesn't spin but BSY LED is on in PC3K
Have attached the ROM, kindly help

2nd container has a different version, so likely not working with current FW in sa. So yes, i picked the code piece from a donor. Interestingly there was another byte that required correction, perhaps a reading error?

Yes, I saw they were different versions, but I found some code that looked identical in the second container, at least at the beginning. After checking again, it turned out to be a false impression.

SN matches, so rom is likely native, then my suspect is either preamp or heads. Better not power it up anymore before confirming, or replacing MHA.
