ST1000DM010 PCB Replacement / Donor Board

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for a compatible replacement PCB for my Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD.

Drive details:

• Model: ST1000DM010
• Part Number: 2EP102-300
• Firmware: CC43
• Manufacturing date: July 2018

I’m specifically looking for the green controller PCB shown in the attached photographs.

I’m based in Mumbai, India, and would appreciate help with:

Identifying the exact compatible PCB and board revision.
Finding a donor PCB or someone willing to sell one.
Any recommendations for reliable sources in India.
Advice on whether the original ROM chip needs to be transferred.

If anyone has a dead ST1000DM010 available for donor parts, please let me know.

I’ve attached photographs of both sides of the drive for reference.

Thank you!

There is number on PCB 100774000 Rev D: same pcb is also used on a 500GB drive and yes you need to swap the ROM chip.
Further, someone on this forum can help you diagnose and repair the PCB if you have some basic knowledge.
