I have Maxtor 2f series that report ares. I check the firmware, and report fine (readable, chksum ok). i think there problem in other (backup?) factory firmware in the drive. My question is : how can i make this hd works / How can i access head 3 (virutal?).
BTW, sorry for my english, i live in indonesia.
