I have HDD Seagate U series 5 20 GB. [ST320413A]. The HDD really make the CPU can not Power On.. If I install the HDD, the CPU can not power on any more. But If I don't install the HDD. The Cpu power on just OK and nothing problem
Anybody can tell me what is the problem ????
Any Solution ????????

CHANGE THE PCB WITH THE SAME MODEL AND FIRMWARE

In future - remove diod from PCB only. Diod of power safety, located near power connector.
