Warm-up the HDD and test the HDD in extreme conditions

I am a newbie with this, but I am mainly wondering if there is there a specific way or command to do this using MHDD? I am looking to get the hd running in a more extreme condtion to warm it up to a higher temp and then check the reallocated sector count.

Any thoughts on the best way to do this?

In using that command and getting the HD to a temp higher than that manufacturer high temp rating could I see the reallocated sector count rise if left long enough, or would running this command not cause that to happen on the HD. Would I possibly need to be in an OS?

I am basically trying to heat up a drive to the point it may cause the drive to have reallocated sectors where some of those sector could get messed up and cause an OS to lose some files(thus not being able to boot properly). I may be way off base on my exspeiment though.

I don't think this will cause reallocated sectors.
I've tried to heat some drives up to 90 degree centigrade, and nothing bad was happened (except some stickers became black)

Yes hitting the drive will generate bad sectors , i will advice to

use a pneumatic hammer .... for better results!!!
