SMART Attributes

August 1st, 2005, 11:54

Awesome program, just a quick question on reading the smart attributes.

There's a few fields on the attrib page. Which columns should I pay attention to? VAL? Worst? RAW?

Is VAL the actual Value? I think I can understand Worst.. :D and then what's RAW give me?

It all depends on every attribute.
For example, Reallocated sectors count:
val and worst will be always the same and:
( val - 1 ) = how many spare sectors are left (percent)
RAW will show actual count of remaps.
