Odd Problem

August 3rd, 2005, 12:03

I hope this isn't a repost, but I'm new so cut me some slack.

I ran MHDD on an 80GB Seagate. The drive was looking like there were no problems. About 3/4 of the way through the video on my pc cut out. The power light stayed on, and the HDD Act. light was solid,a.k.a. not blinking at all.
I ran the test again, but I only tested the 2nd half of the drive. I left it over night, came back today and same problem. I had to unplug it to turn it off.

Anyone seen this :?:

Nevermind, I figured it out. I popped the case and saw that some of the power cables in there were stopping the CPU fan. Lolz, I don't know who did that. Sorry to bother you all. :x
