How to identify this Drive family

I want to backup this drive firmware using PC3K.
but it is difficult for me to identify its drive Family....
using MT-DSP all family already try but"firmware reading error"

Try using the Proxima family in DSP util for PC3000.

actually this drive have the P/n from IBM...
but ofcourse this is MAXTOR not IBM

pc3000 isa don't support such kind of maxtor
