Spare parts = HDD:s from Europe ???

Does any one know a good place to get old and new HDD:s for spare parts with in Europe. A shop that is willing to actually check the drives serial numbers etc. (for matching) before shipping it. A very large stock of different HDD:s would be nice and a fast reply to a inquiry would help.

I have used companies from US but most of them say (after 5 to 9 days) that we don’t ship internationally or they send you a wrong HDD.... Explanation has been “ it is a 30 Gb Drive, so it is a different make you ordered,,, we cant see the problem” Once you paid 50 USD for a drive 150 EUR for shipping 40 EUR customs and you have no use for a drive and you have to start the search all over, one should see the problem…..

whatever is getable here in Germany I could sent to you. we have UPS here every day. DHL is possible, too.

Good source is at HDD4DR.COM. They provide detailed info for each drive incl. head map, microjogs etc.
They are located at Czech (EU), ship worldwide.

Well, we do not sell donors as a separate service, but if necessary, can look for something particular in our 17000+ drives vault.
