SAMSUNG SP1203N PROBLEM

hello
i have a samsung sp1203n, detected in bios correctly but shortly
after start to click.
tried to copy with copyr (latest build ) , media tool pro 5.
getting many bad sectors
when starting to copy. need the data from the drive.
checked with mhdd 4.6 the drive is "ready" ,passport ok.
didnt make remap since look there many bad sectors dont know
if its wise.
any suggestions?
