You Are Using Just a [ USB To RS232 To HDD ] or [RS232 To HDD Adpater ] Or Using Under Pc3000 or Salvation Data ?

Yes Pcimage, baud rate N,8,1 38400 still wont work.

You can try baud rate 9600, it's work for me sometime.
