st_mem win trouble

Hi everybody, i have a ST380021A with some firmware problem now, i i wrote in my topic 2days ago, now i´ve downloaded stmemwin from sluzhebka and it does not work for me, but normal terminal connection via hyperterminal works.... can anybody help mi with fixing the invalid cert code problem?
