PC3K problem

I have a pc3k, but i don't understand, why not work good.

I have a maxtor 6e030L0 NAR61590 ...

I start the safe mode, and update the module firmware. Check the firmware are good. But wrong: all modules repair function dmcs, ulist...

Please write me anybody, how can i repair this drive firmware step to step.

Which action must do in safe mode and normal jumper mode?

If U use a legal instance of PC3k, U can put this question to acelab's forum and read the manuals to get sophisticated help.
Well, if You are not using a legal copy... there are topics around with my oppinion
