recovery from " USB device not recognized " proble

Hello all, I have usb device / flashdisk not recognized by windows. when I plug in the USB port, windows says "found new hardware", and the "USB device not recognized". I already try to plug into other computer and same things happen.
I try using Recovermy files and others software recovery, but cannot find it either.
Can any body tell me what's wrong with my usbdrive ??
Can it recover the data inside the usbdrive, I don't want to use data recovery company.
I already try using MHDD, and it also doesn't recognize the flashdrive.
