wd800jb spin problem

hello to all gurus

i have wd800jb hdd with a problem. When u power the disk it make sound and then motor stops again motor start with sound and again stop. This contineus . what could be the possibility to make it detect and how.

data is not so important. but i cant open the disk.

I have similar problem with WD800BB

I heart he's turning on and off few times at the beggining (until OS loaded), I've reinstaled OS - nothing
If I turn on computer and stop them for example in bios for few minutes after that he's working fine (because getting worm?) and after that he's working fine even I reboot system

So the problem occurs when he's turning on first time after some break


I checked power supply and hard drive tape (in both cases plug another ones)
I checked different hard drive, he's working good

S.M.A.R.T parameters are looking OK

what else can I check and how ?
