Hy does anyone had a problem like this in maxtor D540X MX4K02H1



after starting,the hard disk heads make a loud click, then drive’s motor increase its speed and again another loud click and finished the disk its DRDY DSC but cant access SA

Im replaced head stack , and the problem still, even if the disk its working with platter and no heads in , motor increase its speed then return to his speed normal

Hello,

This is normal if there is no usable system head inside :)
When U replace the head stack, U must find a donor with the same figure in the first place ("DGPXX"), ie. the donor head must come from a HDA with this code starting with 'D'.

Hy pepe Its the same Head, same preamplifier circuit and same label Patient its TSZXX and donnor TSZXX so are the same
