Has anyone successfully purchased Salvation products?

I have been trying to get ahold of Salvation for several days. I'm trying to place an order but they don't answer their E-Mail. Is this normal? Does it just take a long time? Is there a better E-Mail address to use for contacting them?

I don't get it.

Can some one tell me what is difference between the DEMO and PURCHASED SalvationDATA software.
What are the limitations in the DEMO version.
