Dear all,
Please help. I have a Hitachi 2.5" hdd that has become locked from a system crash of a HP nc6120 notebook. It has a security 'feature' of locking the hdd in the drive bay.
I have the drive connected to a real pc with ide interface and I must get the data off of this, far too much work to lose.
I have been looking at some of the software available but none seem obvious to support this drive properly. Model: HTS541060G9AT00.
Please advise what is the best method/software to either unlock or retrieve the data.
