Partition Not Breaking

I have a Maxtor Athena DSP 2B020H1 the partition wont break i have done
low level formatting . the partition table still remains the same . I have tried every thing also write erasing in victoria but still the same thing .
i have pc3k isa .
Any Solutions ?

OPEN HDD..AND TRY TO CHANGE MEDIA..BUT WITH CARE..B/C TWO MEN ARE IN THE HDD WHO ARE OPERATING IT...AASRA MAKAWA..
