problem with Fijitsu Bad Sectors

I have many fijitsu mpe series hdd . The Problem is that when i repair the bad sectors with any technique in victoria it does not repair .

Then i use pc3k isa logical scanning i found the defects and put them i P-list the i scan again wiith victoria the bad appears again i also tried using defectoscope again the same problem i assign the bad it says 100% complete then when i run the program again the bad sectors appear in the same place .

Any help would be thankfull , appreciated .
