I Have This 10.2 GB Maxtor ,It Shows Maxtor Proxima In BIOS ,I Have Followed the Threads And I Think The Firmware Is Currupt .Can I Flash or Rectify This if I Do Not Have Dedicated Hard Ware Like PC-3000 Etc .Also I Would Like To Know The Pricing By Pc-3000 Guys In Canada I Am Interested In The PCI Version .I Do Not Want to Buy That From Russia .Any Ideas How To Recify This Drive ? .
