If you use PC3000 PCI you need to do SA surface veryfication because that Maxtor have some bad in the SA.

You need to establish ROM version first.
You need to use loader with same ROM version.
You need to load RAM file into memory.

You need to get or create module 4F from drive,
but I see it is faulty - try read with ignore error and
hopefully only some few bad sectors.

Once you happy you got 4F working you can create loader
from this drive - use it.

You then need to know what 37 looks like and find a copy
from the drive - then try to write this one. (not from another !!)

If you fail with 4F and / or 37 the drive won't start.
If you get these Ok, then you can write 1B from another drive.

Errors in 33 must be checked - if there are many in data areas, then
maybe this one will waste your time for data recovery.

success
