Maxtor slow on reading SA structure test.. ??

Dear all,

Need some advice.. I got a maxtor ATHENA DSP 2B020H1.
this harddisk not detect on BIOS. try to start using good loader.
harddisk start good. it shows Maxtor 2B020H1, serial B166767E, Firmware WAH21PB0, Capacity 19.08GB.

the problem is when try to SA structure test. it take a long time to perform..
until now (when writing post - almost 90minutes perform SA test) haven't finish yet.. still on checking RZTbl-Hlist

already try to clear SMART ( OK )

so any idea why this SA Test takes a long time ??

How is the condition of strucrue modules (data copy1 , data copy2 ...... )
