Stress Relief

November 9th, 2006, 17:51

I work in Data Recovery many hours every week and sometimes find it very hard work and very stressfull so sometimes we like to take a hour out and relax by playing games throgh our network like Quake arena. How does everybody else relax after a long week? :D

My Primary work is not Data Recovery, but it seams my week never realy ends. And is also very stressful. I usually go joggin several times a week and meditate. This gives me a good balance for the stressful work life.

Why is it that I can never get rid of great weight on my shoulders; especially at work. Sometimes I even dream about HardDrives and Zeros and Ones... It could be enought to drive some crazy

Take it easy guys
