PCB HDD WD400BB-23DEA0 ITS BAD checked by pc3k
PCB HDD WD400BB-71DGA0 GOOD
Are they compatible?
Will not case be(go) because?

No, they aren't.
xxDExx and xxDGxx are not compatible.

I also think that they are not compatible...

but check the numbers on PCBs:

2060-00xxxx-yyy

Are they identical or not?

in case they are identical you must check

that the pcb ' s controlers ( MPU) are identical....

Yes, in one you have G and the other you have E, and that's not compatible.

you have same numbers on pcb ?

what is it?

and have same numbers on MPU?

what is it?

give us all numbers....

if all are same on both pcb

you have only diffrence
in flash eprom

change contents ( reprogram ) or whole eprom
