Unlock Sansung hdd

Hi!

I have a hdd Samsung HM120JC - M60 Series (2,5'') locked with password.

I have read in some page that i can remove the password with vtool! Is that true? I have a version of vtool but doesn't support my hard drive.

There are another way to remove pwd excluding PC3000 and HRT?

- but this soft need hardware controller not controller from M/B.

Can you tell me were i can find Wcube? And the hardware controller is expencive?
