Seagate Momentus SATA

Hello all people, who know about Seagate Momentus, ST9120821AS

Its possible if the ROM code its damaged "garbage" build another good, for Seagate momentus taking from a donnor PCB? or does Seagate Momentus have adaptive code on ROM who cannot exchange it from another PCB
