HDD 2.5" Hitachi Travelstar HTS541080G9AT00 80 gb.

Case A. ( conected with 2.5' - 3.5" IDE adapter)

The motor starts ok ( no Click, no strange sound)
It is not recognized in BIOS. It is not recognized in any DOS utility. ( MHDD, Victoria, Media Tools Demo, Hitachi tools)

Case B. ( conected with external USB Box for 2.5' HDD)
The motor starts ok ( no Click, no strange sound)
Windows install it as Disk Drive.
Any software like GetDataBack or RStudio tell me something like " Can not read......"

Any clue ?

Have you compared the initialization sound of that drive to another that works fine?
Check if the sound is the same.

Then the best way you have is to find a donor pcb and try to replace it to check what happens.
