Has anyone had problems with these drives

i have a large lot of them and iam trying to repair them but for some reson i just can not seem to get anywere with them at all

Please help if anyone has had any luck with the drive :?:

Have about 300 of the drives and have been swoping boards to make them work so have had all sorts of problems with then cliking non start


have been doing this with other drive and most i can get working but this drive seems wired and a few work the most of them will not

was hoping that someone out there new of any comman fixes for this drive that works
